Boil about 1 pint water in pan, add crumbled stock cubes, stir until disolved. Add mince and stir until mince is no longer red – then add chopped onions. Stir ’til well mixed. Add chopped carrots and ajust the water (should be enough to cover mixture) Simmer ’til well cooked and water has reduced enough to make a gravy. Thicken the gravy and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a mountain of mashed potato!
