Step 1:

  • fry all the vegetables and garlic in olive oil for five mins
  • Step 2:

  • add the chopped tomatoes, water, oxo cubes, salt and pepper and tomato puree
  • Step 3:

  • simmer for 30 mins and serve
  • Step 4:

  • serve with the cooked pasta at the bottom of the bowl to make a filling meal and sprinkled with parmesan cheese if desired
