Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 115 g caster sugar
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • pinch salt
  • handful raspberries

Instructions

  1. – set oven to 180 degrees

  2. – Get a bowl and beat the egg whites until they form stiff white peaks

  3. – add you caster sugar a little at a time mix and fold gently , add salt

  4. – grease a baking tray and put small amounts on

  5. – cooking for 20mins or so

  6. – once cooked leave to dry on a cooling rack to cool

  7. – whip your cream and put a blob on each little meringue

  8. – add a raspberry or two and serve immediately
