Step 1:
– set oven to 180 degrees Step 2:
– Get a bowl and beat the egg whites until they form stiff white peaks Step 3:
– add you caster sugar a little at a time mix and fold gently , add salt Step 4:
– grease a baking tray and put small amounts on Step 5:
– cooking for 20mins or so Step 6:
– once cooked leave to dry on a cooling rack to cool Step 7:
– whip your cream and put a blob on each little meringue Step 8:
– add a raspberry or two and serve immediately
