STEP 1:

– set oven to 180 degrees

STEP 2:

– Get a bowl and beat the egg whites until they form stiff white peaks

STEP 3:

salt
sugar

– add you caster sugar a little at a time mix and fold gently , add salt

STEP 4:

– grease a baking tray and put small amounts on

STEP 5:

– cooking for 20mins or so

STEP 6:

– once cooked leave to dry on a cooling rack to cool

STEP 7:

cream

– whip your cream and put a blob on each little meringue

STEP 8:

– add a raspberry or two and serve immediately
