Step 1:

  • – set oven to 180 degrees
  • Step 2:

  • – Get a bowl and beat the egg whites until they form stiff white peaks
  • Step 3:

  • – add you caster sugar a little at a time mix and fold gently , add salt
  • Step 4:

  • – grease a baking tray and put small amounts on
  • Step 5:

  • – cooking for 20mins or so
  • Step 6:

  • – once cooked leave to dry on a cooling rack to cool
  • Step 7:

  • – whip your cream and put a blob on each little meringue
  • Step 8:

  • – add a raspberry or two and serve immediately
