Step 1:

  • 1. Depending on how hungry you are/how many people are eating, get as many pieces of bread as you want to eat! Lightly toast them so that they are warm and crispy but not too brown.

  • 2. Mix about 70ml of passata and 70ml of olive oil together with a bit of the mixed herbs. You don’t need to measure it out just make it about 50/50 and mix well. Spoon a few big spoons of the mix onto the pieces of bread (now toast) and rub it around the bread.

  • 3. Slice/cut/grate the mozzarella and place as much as you like onto the toast. Now add any other things you’d like on your pizza, such as pepperoni, ham, mushrooms etc.

  • 4. Place under the grill for a minute or two just until the cheese is melted.
