Step 1: 1. Depending on how hungry you are/how many people are eating, get as many pieces of bread as you want to eat! Lightly toast them so that they are warm and crispy but not too brown.
Step 3: 2. Mix about 70ml of passata and 70ml of olive oil together with a bit of the mixed herbs. You don’t need to measure it out just make it about 50/50 and mix well. Spoon a few big spoons of the mix onto the pieces of bread (now toast) and rub it around the bread.
Step 5: 3. Slice/cut/grate the mozzarella and place as much as you like onto the toast. Now add any other things you’d like on your pizza, such as pepperoni, ham, mushrooms etc.
Step 7: 4. Place under the grill for a minute or two just until the cheese is melted.
