Mini Thalipeeth

Gluten free snack that can be a base for pizzas,canapes,etc.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl thalipeeth bhajani flour (includes different flours such as jowar,bajra,nachni,pulses,etc.)
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- salt
- red chilli powder
- coriander seed powder
- cumin seed powder
- optional:if you want you can include any grated vegetable or leafy vegetable of your choice to make it a complete meal.
Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients.
add a little water and mix well to form a ball of dough.
divide it into smaller balls.
flatten it as much as possible with your hands on the kitchen platform.
with the back of a spoon make a small hole in the centre.
place this on a hot pan.
drizzle oil in the hole and allow to cook.
flip and allow to cook for some more time.
serve with curd.
note:this can be used as a gluten free base for canapes,pizzas or if made without onions and veggies can be rolled into a tortilla or chapati and cut into triangles like nachos and deep fried or baked.
