Step 1:

  • Mix all the above ingredients.
  • Step 2:

  • add a little water and mix well to form a ball of dough.
  • Step 3:

  • divide it into smaller balls.
  • Step 4:

  • flatten it as much as possible with your hands on the kitchen platform.
  • Step 5:

  • with the back of a spoon make a small hole in the centre.
  • Step 6:

  • place this on a hot pan.
  • Step 7:

  • drizzle oil in the hole and allow to cook.
  • Step 8:

  • flip and allow to cook for some more time.
  • Step 9:

  • serve with curd.

  • note:this can be used as a gluten free base for canapes,pizzas or if made without onions and veggies can be rolled into a tortilla or chapati and cut into triangles like nachos and deep fried or baked.
