Step 1: Mix all the above ingredients.
Step 2: add a little water and mix well to form a ball of dough.
Step 3: divide it into smaller balls.
Step 4: flatten it as much as possible with your hands on the kitchen platform.
Step 5: with the back of a spoon make a small hole in the centre.
Step 6: place this on a hot pan.
Step 7: drizzle oil in the hole and allow to cook.
Step 8: flip and allow to cook for some more time.
Step 11: note:this can be used as a gluten free base for canapes,pizzas or if made without onions and veggies can be rolled into a tortilla or chapati and cut into triangles like nachos and deep fried or baked.
