Mint Chocolate Cookie In A Mug

Perfect for when one wants a quick snack while studying

Ingredients

• Mug of your choice that is safe to put in a microwave
• 2 tablespoons self raising flour
• 2 table spoons regular sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon of milk
• 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 tablespoon of butter melted
• mint chocolate of your choice

Instructions

STEP 1:

First put all the dry ingredients together in the mug and give them a quick stir.

secondly put all the wet ingredients in the mug and stir again until all is combined.

thirdly chop the mint chocolate and put them in the mug and give a quick stir.

after all is done put the mug in the microwave for about 1 minute and when it is done leave to cool for another minute.
