Step 1:

  • * heat up your non stick pan without oil
  • Step 2:

  • * put a slice of frozen pratha and cook until golden brown
  • Step 3:

  • * flip to the other side, immediately add all vegetable slices
  • Step 4:

  • * with your hands, tear small bits of cheddar and put on top of veggie bits to lock it in place
  • Step 5:

  • * when the other side of pratha have turned golden brown, turn off heat and fold it like taco
  • Step 6:

  • use medium small heat, pratha burns easily
  • Step 8:

  • Step 9:

  • occasionally check the cooking side to prevent burnt spots
