Variation for frozen pratha

Ingredients

  • * frozen pratha bread (i’m using onion pratha)
  • * cheddar slice
  • * onion very thinly sliced
  • * cherry tomatoes halved or cut to your liking
  • * lettuce thinly shredded
  • * optional smoked beef / bacon

Instructions

  1. * heat up your non stick pan without oil

  2. * put a slice of frozen pratha and cook until golden brown

  3. * flip to the other side, immediately add all vegetable slices

  4. * with your hands, tear small bits of cheddar and put on top of veggie bits to lock it in place

  5. * when the other side of pratha have turned golden brown, turn off heat and fold it like taco

  6. use medium small heat, pratha burns easily

  7. occasionally check the cooking side to prevent burnt spots
