Ingredients

  • 1) 1 cup butter
  • 2) 1 cup mizithra cheese
  • 3) pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. Boil butter in a sause pan for 5 minuets. Once it begins to boil, stir constantly so the butter won’t over boil and start a fire. Continue to cook for 2-3 minuets or until amber brown.

  2. then remove the butter and let it sit for a minuet or two. After that, pour the butter through a wire strainer into a small bowl. Let the sediment settle.

  3. you may begin cooking the pasta after the butter is done or while you are cooking the butter.
