Boil butter in a sause pan for 5 minuets. Once it begins to boil, stir constantly so the butter won’t over boil and start a fire. Continue to cook for 2-3 minuets or until amber brown.

then remove the butter and let it sit for a minuet or two. After that, pour the butter through a wire strainer into a small bowl. Let the sediment settle.
