Ingredients
- 1 bag of quorn
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes (400g)
- 1 pepper chopped
- 1 tin chickpeas (400g)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1tsp paprika
- 1-2tsp chilli flakes to taste
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2tsp ras el hanout or chinese five spice
Instructions
Fry onion off in a little oil or butter until softened.
add quorn and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes.
add all other ingredients and mix.
after 2 minutes,turn heat right down and simmer until thickened.
serve with rice/couscous and flatbread.
