Step 1:

  • Fry onion off in a little oil or butter until softened.
  • Step 2:

  • add quorn and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 3:

  • add all other ingredients and mix.
  • Step 4:

  • after 2 minutes,turn heat right down and simmer until thickened.
  • Step 5:

  • serve with rice/couscous and flatbread.
