Morrocan Quorn
Step 1:
Fry onion off in a little oil or butter until softened. Step 2:
add quorn and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes. Step 3:
add all other ingredients and mix. Step 4:
after 2 minutes,turn heat right down and simmer until thickened. Step 5:
serve with rice/couscous and flatbread.
