Morrocan Quorn Quick and easy comfort food By Guest Contributor April 13, 2015 Vegetarian Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients1 bag of quorn1 tin of chopped tomatoes (400g)1 pepper chopped1 tin chickpeas (400g)1 onion finely chopped2 cloves garlic finely chopped1tsp paprika1-2tsp chilli flakes to tastepinch of salt and pepper2tsp ras el hanout or chinese five spiceInstructions Step 1: Fry onion off in a little oil or butter until softened. Step 2: add quorn and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes. Step 3: add all other ingredients and mix. Step 4: after 2 minutes,turn heat right down and simmer until thickened. Step 5: serve with rice/couscous and flatbread.
