Step 1: 1. Wash mussels and pull of any beards. Discard any that are open
Step 2: 2. Fry until and garlic for 1 min to soften
Step 3: 3. Add the wine and mussels. Steam until mussels open.
Step 4: 4. Add cream then remove from heat
Step 6: Tastes great with crusty bread! Have also cooked the same dish using Ouzo and a pinch of chilli powder.
