Ingredients

  • Onion 4
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 tbl spn ginger
  • 3 tbl spn garlic
  • 2 green chilli
  • chopped vegetables (capsicum , carrot)
  • pau bhaji masala
  • black pepper
  • tomato sauce / chilli sauce
  • 1 tbl spoon sugar
  • coriander
  • butter

Instructions

  1. 1.(2-4 table spoon of oil in pan)

  2. 2. Add onion ,ginger,garlic,, chilli

  3. sautey it till brown

  4. 3. Add tomato stir it for 3-4 minutes

  5. 4. Then add vegetables after few minutes add pau bhaji masala and black pepper also salt .

  6. 5. Then cover it with a lid it made

  7. then grind it in a grinder.

  8. 6. Again heat it in a pan for 5-6 minutes

  9. 7. Add a pinch of sugar .

  10. 8. Garnish with coriander to it also add butter
