- 1 Cup milk or soy milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 Cup toasted muesli
- 3 TBSP fruit yoghurt
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
(You can add ice, if you’d like it a bit colder)
