  • 1 Cup milk or soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup toasted muesli
  • 3 TBSP fruit yoghurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

  2. (You can add ice, if you’d like it a bit colder)
