Mushrooms -250 gms2. Onion – 2 sliced thinly3. Capsicum – 2 sliced thinly4. Carrots – 1 sliced thinly5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp6. Green chillies – 2 finely chopped7. Oil – 2 tbsp8. Soya sauce – 1 tsp9. Red chilly sauce – 2 tbsp10. Ajinomoto – 1 tsp11. Salt to taste12. Rice cooked – 2 cupsInstructions Step 1: 1. Boil 4 cups of water and add mushrooms and salt to it and boil for 5 minits. Drain and keep aside. Step 2: 2. In a pan heat oil. Step 3: 3. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilles and saute for some time. Step 4: 4. Add onion and saute. Step 5: 5. Add capsicum and carrots. Step 6: 6. Add mushroomsand cook for some time tilll the mushrooms are cooked. Step 7: 7. Add soya sauce and chilly sauce and ajinomoto. Step 8: 8. Add salt as per the taste. Step 9: 9. Add rice and mix well.
