Mushroom Rice

Cheesy mushroom rice

Ingredients

• 3-4 mushrooms
• handful of rice
• philadelphia (optional)
• kettle of boiling water

Instructions

STEP 1:

Slice mushrooms to desired thickness

STEP 2:

add rice and sliced mushrooms to boiling water in a pot

STEP 3:

add salt to taste

STEP 4:

drain off rice and mushrooms

STEP 5:

stir in philadelphia

STEP 6:

enjoy
