Ingredients

  • salad(peppery one works best like rocket)
  • tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • red pepper (optional)
  • a lorra lorra cheese.
  • english mustard
  • vinegar (balsamic if you got it)
  • olive oil
  • garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. toss the salad with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced red pepper.

  2. for the dressing:

  3. tsp olive oil

  4. tsp vinegar

  5. tsp mustard

  6. crushed clove of garlic (optional)

  7. salt & pepper

  8. mix together in a cup.

  9. drizzle over salad

  10. and top with finely grated cheese!
