grated chedder cheese, white bread, mushrooms, butter, sweet chilli sauce, salt and pepper, use as much of each ingredient as you like

Instructions

STEP 1:

slice the mushrooms and melt some butter in a sauce pan, once melted add the mushrooms and salt and pepper.

while they are cooking toast one side of the bread, spoon the mushrooms onto the un toasted side poor over sweet chilli sauce then cover with grated cheese grill until golden
