Step 1: 1- Fry or Grill the Sausages
Step 2: 2- In a saucepan, gently warm a good dollop (roughly 50g) and stir in 1tbsp of curry powder and 1 tbsp of honey. Be careful not to overheat
Step 3: 3- Slice the cooked sausages and serve with the curry sauce poured over
Step 4: 4- Tastes great with chips, Baked potatoes, or even mash.
