My own indian rice a tasty snack on its own, or part of a meal :) By Guest Contributor August 15, 2011 Vegetarian Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0IngredientsBoil in the bag rice Onion PeasTumericGround pepperCurry powderCorianderInstructions Step 1: Cook the boil in the bag rice with the peas in the water (add a tea spoon of tumeric to the water if you have it to turn the rice yellow) Step 2: Fry the onions but not too long, leave them slightly crunchy. Step 3: Drain the rice and peas and add to onions. Step 4: Add a generous helping of curry powder and pepper and stir all together 🙂
