Step 1:

  • Cook the boil in the bag rice with the peas in the water (add a tea spoon of tumeric to the water if you have it to turn the rice yellow)
  • Step 2:

  • Fry the onions but not too long, leave them slightly crunchy.
  • Step 3:

  • Drain the rice and peas and add to onions.
  • Step 4:

  • Add a generous helping of curry powder and pepper and stir all together 🙂
