Nacho’s on Toast

Really easy – one for the blokes or just the lazy chef 😉

STEP 1:

1. Lightly toast the bread on a low heat on the toaster to cook both sides. (I use number 2 on the toaster.)

2. Place bread on grilling tray and put crisps over bread accordingly

3. Grate or cut cheese and place over the crisps. Note: Make sure to cover the pockets created by the crisps as when this melts it creates a lovely cheesey goodness

4. Once prepared, place under grill for 3-4mins on a mid to high heat. Add Salt and Pepper halfway through once the cheese starts to go gooey if desired.

5. Once cheese has melted accordingly. Remove and smother with Tomato Ketchup accordingly!

Fancy being a bit more creative?

Why not add some jalapeno peppers or sliced olives in with the cheese whilst melting? If you used Dorito’s you may have had some spare salsa dip left in the fridge – why not use this on top instead of Ketchup, the possiblities are endless
