Step 1:

  • Make a thick paste of garlic, green chilly, ginger, lemon juice, salt and cornflour.(do not add water to the paste)
  • Step 2:

  • marinate fish with the paste (minimum 1/2 hour/maximum overnight)
  • Step 3:

  • heat oil in a pan.
  • Step 4:

  • fry the fish in the oil.
  • Step 5:

  • Step 6:

  • garnish with raw onion rings. Eat for main course or with rice.
