Ingredients

  • semolina 1/4 cup
  • all-purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • baking soda 1 tsp
  • green chilli’s 2 (choped)
  • water (as required)
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. in a large bowl you will add(semolina,flour,salt,oil,baking soda,green chilli’s and water to prepare dough). now leave the dough for 15 minutes .now fry your namak paray in any shape and fry until crispy and golden.
