Ingredients

  • Sweet corn 1tin
  • red kidney beans 1tin
  • chickpeas 1tin
  • bell pepper/jon’s head 4 colours
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 cherry tomatoes/1 small regular tomato
  • salt to taste
  • 1lemon/1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut bell pepper/jon’s head into small dice

  2. cut onion into small dice

  3. cut cherry tomatoes into 2 / tomatoes into dice

  4. add salt, vinegar or lemon juice

  5. put all ingredients in a box, close it and shake well.

  6. ready to eat
