Ingredients
- Egg4
- maida1 1/4 cups
- sugar 1cup
- cocopowder 3tbsp
- oil3/4cup
- baking powder 1tsp
- baking soda 1/4 ‘ tsp’
- instant coffee powder 2tsp
- hot water 1/2 cup
Instructions
*beat egg and sugar for 5 min in medium
*den sift in all d dry ingredients except coffee add little by little alternatively with oil den mix coffee powder with hot water and pour d coffee and beat again
*grease d cake tin with butter or oil and dust it with coco powder use coco powder for dusting only for choclate cakes don’t use it for other flavored cakes *pour d batter and preheat oven 180.C
*bake it for 35_40 min or till its done wen d toothpick comes out clean
