Ingredients

  • fresh or frozen fish
  • cous cous
  • brussel sprouts
  • spices of your choosing

Instructions

  1. boil the brussel sprouts in a pot filled with water, don’t use the lid though, their colour will fade

  2. make the cous cous, by simply mixing it with hot water

  3. put some olive oil on the pan and cook the fish for about 10 to 15min

  4. voila, a nice combination of flavours is ready
