PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Share on Facebook Share on Flipboard Share on Pinterest Share via Email IngredientsThis recipe is for 2 people2 packs Noodles – I use really cheap ones and get rid of their flavour sachets1 Vegetable stock cube slosh of soy sauce1 tspn mixed herbs (I use cheapy own brand – v. good and cost only 19p)Frozen mixed vegonionmushrooms2 cloves garlic (opional)Instructions Step 1: 1. Slice the onion, mushroom and garlic and fry in a pan (not a frying pan) with a knob of butter. (Butter adds more flavour.) Step 2: 2. Add the mixed herbs as the mushrooms and onions soften. Step 3: 3. Add stock cube, noodles (each block broken roughly into 4) and then cover with water. Step 4: 4. Add slosh of soy sauce, and frozen mixed veg straight after. Step 5: 5. Wait until noodles have softened, and veg has cooked and then serve. Step 6: Step 7: This can be served with the stock drained or not.
