Step 1:

  • Chop the strawberries and put into saucepan with the apple and lemon juice
  • Step 2:

  • Mix until well combined
  • Step 3:

  • Cook on a low heat, mashing often with a wooden spoon until the mixture is thick and smooth
  • Step 4:

  • Watch the jam doesn’t burn,and add cold water if mix seem to thick, but keep water to a minimum
  • Step 5:

  • Pour into sterilized, warmed jars and seal
  • Step 6:

  • store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks

  • you can swap the strawberries for any other berries, or mix and match berries to your own taste!
