Ingredients

boiled noodles-as required to fill your idly slots
egg-3 or 4 as per your need
salt-to taste
finely chopped coriander leaves-1 small cup
schezwan sauce-3-4 tablespoons
oil- 2 tease spoons
pepper powder-to taste

Instructions

STEP 1:

1.Mix boiled noodles,egg,salt,pepper,schezwan sauce and coriander leaves in a bowl.

STEP 2:

2.Boil water for making idlies.Grease each idly slot with oil.

STEP 3:

3.Put the noodle-egg mixture in each slots,close the lid and steam till it cooks.

STEP 4:

4.Serve it in a plate.Garnish with Coriander leaves if necessary.
