Ingredients

  • 1 packet 2 min noodles
  • Whatever fresh and/or frozen vegies you have in the house, cut into bite-sized pieces. (My fave combination is pumpkin, potato, broccoli, corn and red capsicum).
  • Salad dressing (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut up and steam / nuke your vegies.

  2. 2. Cook your noodles. You can add the flavour sachet if you like, or just use water.

  3. 3. Mix them together.

  4. 4. You can add salad dressing if you like. I use a garlic and balsamic vinegar flavour.
