  • milk or water+milk
  • pinch of salt
  • oats
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. pour milk (milk +water) in a pan with sugar to your taste, pinch of salt and oats. let simmer a minute or so. pour into the dish. sprinkle with cinnamon or grated apple, or your favorite yogurt, or fresh cream.
