- milk or water+milk
- pinch of salt
- oats
- sugar
Instructions
pour milk (milk +water) in a pan with sugar to your taste, pinch of salt and oats. let simmer a minute or so. pour into the dish. sprinkle with cinnamon or grated apple, or your favorite yogurt, or fresh cream.
