Oats & Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 3 large sized bananas
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup low fat or skimmed milk
- Butter
- Sugar (optional)
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients (except butter) in a blender.
Heat a pan and spread a pinch of butter
Pour the batter into the pan in a round ladle to make cookie-sized pancakes.
Close the pan with a lid for 40 seconds and flip the pancakes
Serve on a plate when done. Top it with maple syrup or chocolate syrup or honey (depending on your diet)
