Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 large sized bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup low fat or skimmed milk
  • Butter
  • Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients (except butter) in a blender.

  2. Heat a pan and spread a pinch of butter

  3. Pour the batter into the pan in a round ladle to make cookie-sized pancakes.

  4. Close the pan with a lid for 40 seconds and flip the pancakes

  5. Serve on a plate when done. Top it with maple syrup or chocolate syrup or honey (depending on your diet)
