Step 1:

  • Blend all the ingredients (except butter) in a blender.
  • Step 2:

  • Heat a pan and spread a pinch of butter
  • Step 3:

  • Pour the batter into the pan in a round ladle to make cookie-sized pancakes.
  • Step 4:

  • Close the pan with a lid for 40 seconds and flip the pancakes
  • Step 5:

  • Serve on a plate when done. Top it with maple syrup or chocolate syrup or honey (depending on your diet)
