Oaty Berry Crumble Yummy pudding By Guest Contributor January 8, 2014 Dessert Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients200g mixed frozen fruits (more economical than fresh – defrost at room temp for around 5 hours)50g caster sugar60g low fat margarine50g oats75g plain flourInstructions Step 1: 1) in a saucepan warm the berries through with the caster sugar for around 5 minutes Step 2: 2) rub the margarine with the flour and oats with your thumbs to make a breadcrumb like texture Step 3: 3) pour the berries into a oven proof dish then sprinkle the crumble ontop and bake in a preheated oven (150c) for around 30 minutes Step 4: 4) serve with custard, cream or ice cream.
