Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until lightly golden.
