Quick healthy delicious
Step 1: Slice potatoes as many as you like.
Step 2: Heat some olive oil on a pan.
Step 3: Add the potatoe slices fry until brown.
Step 4: Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a drop of milk.
Step 5: Add to pan with cheese cook until ready.
Step 7: Put pan with omelette under grill for one minute. Keep an eye on the omelette as it can burn easily.
