your basic egg fantastic grub
now this is a basic omlette for those who dont know how to make them. I personally like a little bit of crisp in and out of the omlette with a soft middle. so this is how i’ll instruct how to make them.
First put a frying pan on high heat on the hobs and add a glob of stir fry oil or olive oil if you’re fancy and can afford it. Also put the grill on for later.
in a bowl crack 3 eggs and add the cheese and batter into a thick and lumpy mixture of consistant colour.
(this is where you could add other ingrediants such as ham slices or onions)
pour mixture into pan and cook but keep poking the side so the bottom isn’t stuck to the pan (use a spoon not your fingers) once golden on the bottom
once golden add other ingrediants such as more ham 😛 or tomatoes or what ever you fancy but then stick it under the grill to finish cooking the omlette because this is quite a thick thing and it may not be quite cooked on the top yet.
once golden again you can add ingrediants but this is where you spoon a side over to form the half moon shape and place it on a plate. Serve with salad if you’re healthy
