Orange Cake
This is a really delicious orange cake recipe made easily.

Ingredients
- Eggs- 03
- ground sugar- 06oz
- oil- 06oz
- all purpose flour- 06oz
- baking powder- 02 tbsp
- salt- 1/8 tbsp
- orange juice- 1/2 cup
- finely grated orange peel- 01 orange
Instructions
Break the eggs in a bowl and beat for about half a minute at room temperature. Add thee sugar gradually and continue beating till the mixture is light and frothy. Add the oil and beat for another half a minute or so. Fold in the maida sifted with baking powder and salt along with orange juice and peel. Bake at 375 f for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center if cake comes out clean.
