Step 1:

  • 1. Cut the chicken in cubes
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Break the eggs and mix eith the salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Put the chicken cubes in the egg and then in the flour
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Fry the chicken in a pan
  • Step 5:

  • 5. While the chicken is getting done mix 1/2 glass of water and 4 tbsp of flour in a bowl
  • Step 6:

  • 6. In a pot mix the soy sauce, the orange juice, 2 glasses of water, the chopped garlic clove, the sugar and a bit of ginger powder. Heat it
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Once the sauce is boiling add the flour and the water you’ve mixed before
  • Step 8:

  • 8. When it’s well mixed add the chicken
  • Step 9:

  • 9. Serve with rice
