Oreo Marshmallow Ball Cake

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2/3 cups butter softened
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 ¼ tsp. Baking soda
- 1 ¼ tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 pack of oreo cookie icing (scrape icing from cookies, set cookies aside)
- 4 tsp. Lemon juice (fresh or concentrate)
- 2 ½ tsp. White sugar
- 1 tsp. Of brown sugar
- a splash of milk
- approx. 7-10 large marshmallows
- topping:
- icing:
- 1 cup of salted butter
- 3 tsp. Of vanilla
- 4 cups of icing sugar
- 4-5 tablespoons of coffee cream
- crushed oreo cookies (cookies you scraped the icing from previously)
- diced strawberries (optional)
Instructions
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. In a separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt
2. Add eggs to the butter and sugar
3. Mix flour mixture with the egg and butter mixture
4. Melt oreo icing
5. Mix melted icing with 2 ½ tsp. White & brown sugar and milk
6. Combine oreo icing mixture (5) with batter mixture
7. Melt marshmallows for 1 minute in 30 second increments
8. Mix marshmallows with cake batter
9. Add lemon juice
10. Mix until well combined
11. Pour into cake pan and bake for 40-60 mins at 350°.

combine all ingredients together, and beat until fluffy/icing texture.
ice the cake and sprinkle oreo crumbs and/or strawberries on top to finish
