Step 1:
1)dice the onion into small pieces and quarter and slice the potatoe into triangle chunks (or how ever you like to slice them) Step 3:
2)sauté the onions until brown and then ad the potatoes and stir fry for 3 minutes Step 5:
3)add the spices, stir for 1 minute and then add 250mls of water Step 7:
4)cover and simmer until water is gone or potatoes are soft
