In a bowl whisk the eggs and milk together Step 2: 2. Whisk in the flour Step 3: 3. In a pan melt the butter then fry a little of the batter in it as a tester Step 4: 4. If the tester works out well, pour some mixture in the pan and spread around leave until golden then turn over Step 5: 5. To keep warm pre-heat the oven to gas mark 5, 50C* and place the pancakes on a warm plate Step 6: 6.
