Banana Pancakes

A quick, easy, healthy and cheap alternative to pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients. (Or mash the banana before whisking in the egg and baking powder)

  2. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over high heat (or add a generous amount of non-stick spray)

  3. Add dollops of the banana mix, and leave for 2 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further two minutes.

  4. Put in a pot or on a plate, drizzle with the sauce of your choice/yogurt, fresh berries, the possibilities are endless.
