STEP 1:
baking powder
flour
1. Place the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl,

2. Then add the egg and Wisk
STEP 3:
milk
3. Add the milk gradually whilst whisking vigorously
STEP 4:
4. On a non stick frying pan add a touch of oil and onto a medium heat
STEP 5:
5. Once the frying pan is warm/hot spoon the mixture on
STEP 6:
baking powder
Because of the baking powder there is no need to put too much mixture in as the pancakes will grow whilst cooking
STEP 7:
This then creates lovely fluffy pancakes which are much doughier than the traditional English ones

ice cream
lemon
sugar
This recipe goes well with chocolate spread and ice cream or a dash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of sugar
STEP 10:
Fruit could be added to the batter to mix it up and make a nice breakfast alternative
