Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Level Cup of flour
  • 1 Level Cup of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking flour

Instructions

  1. 1. Place the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl,

  2. 2. Then add the egg and Wisk

  3. 3. Add the milk gradually whilst whisking vigorously

  4. 4. On a non stick frying pan add a touch of oil and onto a medium heat

  5. 5. Once the frying pan is warm/hot spoon the mixture on

  6. Because of the baking powder there is no need to put too much mixture in as the pancakes will grow whilst cooking

  7. This then creates lovely fluffy pancakes which are much doughier than the traditional English ones

  8. This recipe goes well with chocolate spread and ice cream or a dash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of sugar

  9. Fruit could be added to the batter to mix it up and make a nice breakfast alternative
