Step 1:

  • 1.) mix two cups of flour with one cup of milk, use either a fork or whisk, if running low on large bowls use a saucepan.

  • keep adding milk (if extra is needed) until the batter is smooth an runny.

  • 2.) heat a frying pan on low/medium heat, (optional, add butter to the pan).

  • 3.) pour batter mixture into frying pan, enough to make the size of the pancake you want.

  • 4.) cook for 2/3 minutes on each side. Or cook until top of pancake is dry, flip and cook for 30 seconds on other side.

  • 5.) after you have used all the batter, turn off all appliances, put utensils into wash and serve pancakes, you can top them with anything, golden syrup, sugar, strawberries etc.
