Step 1: 1.) mix two cups of flour with one cup of milk, use either a fork or whisk, if running low on large bowls use a saucepan.
Step 2: keep adding milk (if extra is needed) until the batter is smooth an runny.
Step 4: 2.) heat a frying pan on low/medium heat, (optional, add butter to the pan).
Step 6: 3.) pour batter mixture into frying pan, enough to make the size of the pancake you want.
Step 8: 4.) cook for 2/3 minutes on each side. Or cook until top of pancake is dry, flip and cook for 30 seconds on other side.
Step 10: 5.) after you have used all the batter, turn off all appliances, put utensils into wash and serve pancakes, you can top them with anything, golden syrup, sugar, strawberries etc.
Step 12: 6.) enjoy pancakes.
