Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 110g (4 oz) plain flour sifted
  • 280 mls (1/2 pint) milk
  • 2 medium eggs
  • pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure ingredients and mix in a bowl.

  2. heat a non-stick frying pan (if not non-stick melt add lump of butter).

  3. turn heat down to medium.

  4. pour in a few spoonfuls of mixture and tilt the frying pan until base is thinly covered.

  5. cook for a minute or two until pancake can be gently lifted with a spatula.

  6. turn over or toss ( toss it, you know you want to)

  7. cook for about another minute until golden then serve.

  13. soft chopped or cooked vegetables e.G. Red pepper

  14. cooked chicken

  15. cooked garlic mushrooms

  16. stir fried veg

  19. lemon juice and sugar

  20. chocolate spread

  21. honey

  22. maple syrup

  23. golden syrup

  24. jam

  25. ice cream

  26. squirty cream!
