Step 1:

  • Measure ingredients and mix in a bowl.
  • Step 2:

  • heat a non-stick frying pan (if not non-stick melt add lump of butter).
  • Step 3:

  • turn heat down to medium.
  • Step 4:

  • pour in a few spoonfuls of mixture and tilt the frying pan until base is thinly covered.
  • Step 5:

  • cook for a minute or two until pancake can be gently lifted with a spatula.
  • Step 6:

  • turn over or toss ( toss it, you know you want to)
  • Step 7:

  • cook for about another minute until golden then serve.
