Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Tea Spoon Pandan Paste
  • 8 Ounces Of Sugar
  • 8 Ounces Of Flour
  • 2 Tea Spoons of Oil
  • Half a tea spoon of cream of tartar
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. 1, Get two separate bowls and split the egg yolks and whites into each bowl

  2. 3, Mix the egg whites until the paste won’t come off..Check this by putting it UPSIDE DOWN ABOVE YOUR HEAD ( This means you have to do it perfect or you will become a human mixture!! haha lol )

  3. 3, Leave It to a side

  4. 4, Add 8 ounces of sugar and flour to the yolks

  5. 5, Add the pandan paste

  6. 6, Add the oil

  7. 7, Mix it together

  8. 8, Get the Mixture of the whites and add it to the mixture of the yolks

  9. 9, Get the butter out (Stork Preferred) and get the brush out so you can fill the angel cake mould with butter

  10. 10, Finally put the mixture into the mould

  11. 11, Put the mould with the mixture in to the oven at 170C – 175C

  12. 12, After 45 – 60 minutes take the cake out and leave it aside for another 60 minutes

  13. 13, Take the cake out of the mould

  14. 14, Enjoy!
